Casting
In the casting stage, we combine engineering expertise with advanced production techniques to manufacture high-quality metal components. With precise mold design, controlled temperatures and optimal alloy selection, this critical step enhances the durability and performance of our products.
Welding
Using automated gas welding machines, we join components with high precision. This process ensures structural integrity, reliability and long-lasting performance of our products.
Machining Lines
In our machining lines, CNC machines, lathes and milling centers shape metal components with micron-level precision. Thanks to fully automated production flow, each part is processed within exact tolerance values, ensuring dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality.
Paint
Our electrostatic wet painting system provides excellent paint adhesion and perfectly uniform surfaces. With robotic integration, we increase production capacity while offering visually refined, high-quality products.
Curing
After painting, the curing process increases coating durability and improves resistance against environmental factors. This ensures long-term protection and stable appearance.
Plastic Injection
With our own plastic injection machines, we produce durable, precise and aesthetic plastic components. This process enhances the functional and visual value of our products.

Assembly Line
On our assembly line, all components are assembled by skilled technicians using semi-automated systems. Correct torque settings and controlled assembly procedures ensure flawless product performance. Intermediate inspections guarantee error-free final products.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Products that pass all inspections go through final cleaning, marking and packaging. Using logistics-compliant packaging solutions, we ensure safe and damage-free delivery to customers worldwide.
